1. Definitions

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cuan22 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia).

5.2 Deposit Terms

8. Sports Betting Rules

8.1 Bet Placement and Acceptance

When placing a sports bet on cuan22, the following rules apply:

• A bet is only valid when it appears in your bet history and you receive on-screen confirmation.
• cuan22 reserves the right to refuse any bet without providing a reason, particularly bets that exceed our maximum payout limits or appear to exploit errors in odds.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified except in cases of obvious error.
• Odds are subject to change until the moment you confirm your bet. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.

8.2 Settlement of Bets

Sports bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the governing body of the sport or competition. The following settlement rules apply:

• Bets on matches that are postponed or suspended will remain valid if the match is completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time. Otherwise, bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
• If a match is abandoned after kickoff, bets on markets that have been determined (e.g., first goal scorer, first half result) will stand. Bets on markets not yet determined will be voided.
• Settlement is based on the result at the end of regular time (90 minutes for football) unless otherwise specified. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count unless explicitly stated in the market description.
• Own goals count toward the opposing team for all betting purposes.

8.3 Asian Handicap Betting

Asian handicap, or voor bola, is a popular betting format in Indonesia. The following rules apply:

• Handicap bets apply a virtual goal advantage or deficit to one team to level the betting field.
• Quarter-line handicaps (e.g., -0.25, -0.75) split your stake equally between the two nearest half-line handicaps.
• If the final result after applying the handicap is a tie, your stake is refunded.
• All handicap bets are settled based on the final score at the end of regular time.

9. Casino and Slot Game Rules

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cuan22. Violation of these rules will result in account closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

11. Account Closure and Suspension
